One of the main attractions of Gosrak, 'Jar Garden' has around 4,000 traditional earthenware pots called 'Onggi.' It is a pot used to ferment various spices such as soybean paste and red pepper paste. The garden is carefully designed, providing a tranquil environment where you can explore and learn about the fermentation process.

Gosrak is the theme park for jars with the largest collection of jars in Korea. Gosrak is pure Korean meaning the best taste, and here in Gosrak, 30,000 pyeong of wetland has been cultivated and the soy sauce and vinegar have been immersed in 5,000 jars for 40 years. To suit the meaning of Gosrak, which means Jang(like traditional soybean paste or Red Pepper Paste) is the best, the 100% domestic organic ingredient was used, and anyone can enter the fermentation room.

What is more important food ingredient for Koreans than Jang, which was naturally fermented with the years gone by? The most Korean thing is the most international thing. In that sense, Jang is a more international item than anything else.

There are various jars in the garden of Gosrak. In addition to the jars with holes opened by being shot in the Japanese colonial era, the jars with flower paintings along the maple road create a romantic scene. The road to the observatory consists of stone walls, and the rugged stone walls, which are not straight stone walls, create a friendly feeling. It is also one of the courses for the Iksan-si themed city tour.
